Nelzy elkay,whose real name is Dikeledi Lizzy Mogoto is a female rapper from Limpopo ,Ga matlala,born on the 13th of July 2001.
She is a founder of elkay records,but hasn’t signed artists yet,she says she wants to focus more on the career first,then sign artists after.
